Very efficient and well organized radiology. Short waits and short appointment dates. Everyone is very pleasant, helpful and caring. My requisition didn't seem to get picked up by their fax and delayed my getting an appointment but they realized there had been a problem they were willing to immeasurably fit me in.

Great ultra sound appointment yesterday. Everyone on staff was warm, friendly & engaging. I didn’t wait two minute to be seen for registration! I then sat for less than 10 minutes to be taken back for my ultrasound. The technician was positive, upbeat & put me at ease. She was thorough & graciously took her time which provided me much comfort. I highly recommend Twin Lakes for all of your needs. We have utilized their services for many family members over the years. They are top notch in leading patient care.

Every person I dealt with was pleasant, and the lady performing my mammogram was extremely pleasant and gentle. I wasn't sure she put the same degree of pressure on my tissue as I've felt in the past. Turns out I've got to go back for a repeat mammogram on one breast to explain what density in one place amounts to (tissue vs. cyst). As for the ladies who performed my barium swallow, they get 10 stars. Thanks to their quick thinking, I got my lung ct scan before the barium swallow so the ct scan wasn't ruined by a dim view. They also did a great job of performing this yukky tasting test and made sure I got a few good laughs while it went on. The ct scan went quickly and the man who performed it was helpful. I thought these 3 procedures would take over 2 hours but I got out in almost half that time. My reports were available online by the next morning. Radiology Associates is a great group of Radiologists!

Having a mammogram done is not a pleasant experience and I dread doing it every year but it is a necessary evil. However, this year wasn't too bad of an experience because the technician I had put me in a warm room and was so quick and gentle that I thought I was someplace else. I am grateful for the kindness extended. I do wish I paid more attention to the name but Twin Lakes Radiology center and the mature technician with the short blond hair and glasses. Kudos.

Super awesome experience!! Very quick and easy check in, very short wait time The staff is so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, very skilled super accommodating. The place itself was spotless and very clean! Will definitely love to do any more future exams here!

I was very impressed with Twin Lakes, as usual. I was checked in immediately n registered within minutes. The ultrasound tech was very professional and thorough. The X-ray tech was a student and she was quite thoughtful n recognized when I was in pain, n was very accommodating. She was very precise with her positioning and did not need to re-take any films. The teacher, she was a bit cold n not very friendly, however I understood bc she was teaching and it can be stressful! At one point I thought I had lost my keys n everyone was quite helpful. It was a great experience, as usual! Thank you!

The efficiency of the total visit was outstanding. From check-in to financial arrangements, thru the examination procedure by a very friendly and proficient staff person, deserves accolades. Also the results of the tests were available in a remarkable (at least to me) short time. I've been to Radiology Associates Twin Lakes twice before and would not hesitate, should it be necessary, to go again.

Checking in online BEFORE your appointment makes everything go smoothly. Ultrasound technician was prompt, quite capable and very nice. To my surprise, I was able to see my results online a couple of hours after leaving Twin Lakes! Great experience, highly recommend.
